Thank you for applying to the Kutztown Folk Festival.

Please complete and pay for your application. Our jury process will be held in February, 2024. You will be notified whether your application was accepted or not after our jury process.
Accepted Applications will be sent an Acceptance Packet including your booth assignment. Applications that are not accepted will be refunded. 


Your application fee will be deducted from your commission paid at check out. Commission is at 15%. There is no longer a $100 application fee. The application fee is $500 and the entire amount will be deducted from your commission amount at checkout.

You will receive a 50% refund if you should need to cancel prior to May 1, 2024.

There will be no refund if canceled on or after May 1, 2024.

Vendor hereby grants the Festival a perpetual, irrevocable license to use the Vendor's name, image and likeness in future Festival promotional materials, including any incidental use of the Vendor's work that may be captured in any photographs or video taken by Festival staff.
